<E36> HELP! Rear Spring Removal

I'm replacing my suspension. I've removed the sway bar, the shocks and
can't "pry" the springs out as Dinan suggested. How does one get the
springs out!!

Please reply ASAP as I don't want to reassemble the car without the new
springs. Thanks.
