320i Performance Upgrade Questions

   I am interested in installing a few things to get some better performance
out of my '83 320i (164k miles). Some of the things I'm interested in are a
rear sway bar kit, front air dam, rear spoiler, and an exhaust header. I've
seen all of there items advertised in the JC Whitney catalog and was curious
if anybody else has ordered from them and what performance gains can I expect.
