administrivia: web interface to archives

LWGate is now up and running.  if you have a decent web browser, go to

http://www.wizvax.net/rwelty/bmw/

and click on Archives, then select 

Browse List Archives in HyperText Format

from the menu.

also, i have some temporary advertising up on the page to develop some
financial support while waiting for things to come through from
elsewhere; because of the way that the deal is set up, i urge those of
you who wish to browse the archives to take your time; take as many days
as you like.  for each day, all of the visits of a single person are
logged as a single visit, but then the next day, that's a new visit, if
you take my meaning.
