Bay Area Welding Classes

I've decided that I need to learn to weld, and I thought a good way to do
it would be to take a trade/vocational class in the Bay Area (SFO).  Can
anyone recommend any particular class at a Community College, etc?

Also, are any of the classes "sponsored" by a particular welding-equipment
manufacturer or distributor?  I.e. if you take the class, then you get a
discounted price on your favorite MIG welder ...
