Re: radiator repair

I have been down this path before and found that the plastic radiator 
tank parts can be found outside of OEM distribution, but rather than 
spend the money, I carefully (and patiently) built up a repair to the 
offending area and quite a bit of the surrounding tank using JB Weld brand 
epoxy.  The repair has held now for over a year with no signs of 
degredation.  My cost:  <$3.00      :-)
