Subject: Lack of heat in my E28
Warm Friends at BMW,
OK, here it is. It is now colder than a witches. . .uh, knee, and I am now
experiencing a problem that someone told me about years ago, but I didn't
pay much attention <because it wasn't my problem :-( >. She puts out <
heat> when idling, but none at hiway speeds. We're talking about an '88
535is that has decided to give me the cold shoulder. I've always treated her
with the utmost respect and given her tender care, but now this cold
attitude towards me. . .I don't understand. Can anyone tell me how to stoke
the fire in my diamond-schwartz Frau?
Seriously though, is the lack of heat stemming from the temperature
adjustment control inside the car that has gone awry or is it something else?

Subject: Gas milage
I've heard that running 10% alcohol gas lowers your milage 10%. If so
it's of no effect whatsoever! In my area, Chicago, it's hard to get
anything else unless one pays FULL price. Comments?
