FAQ failure

     Unfortunatly I deleted the digest with FAQ log on instructions or I'd
     mail this directly to the author.  I tried to ftp to the address given
     in the digest and was not allowed to log on as anonymous.  Has anyone
     been successful?  Please e-mail instructions to me directly (unless
     you think the list will also benefit).
