Unleaded gas/cracks in valve seat

Dave Lacey of Switzerland, said he's found hairline cracks in his
exhaust valve seats after running unleaded "a year or so" in his
car:
	After rebuilding and grinding the valve seats you won't 
be able to feel any major difference between a new seat and your
old ones.  It may, in fact, come into play some miles later, but
maybe not.  I don't know.
	Are you sure those hairline cracks were necessarily because
of the unleaded?  You drove many miles with leaded before that...
