	I have those seats (I believe, if you are talking about FloFits) 
In my '83 320i.  I bought them direct from the manufacturer with a 
special discount deal they had going on.  They wound up around $1200 CDN.
	The thing is, I love them, and I've been in a lot of cars and 
only a few M3's or a Volva race car (yes, you read that right) that I was 
in recently (Recaro's) were nicer.  I love them, they are great at the 
track, but given the chance to do it over, I don't think I would spend 
the money again.  That's alot of repairs.  And you might wind up with a 
car that won't run, but you can still sit it.  Go for the restuff and 
save $400-$800 bucks.  That's my 3.5 cents Canadian, anyway...
