In reference to the high mile 528e Steve Bernstein asked,

No there weren't. The first two owners were travelling salesmen who lived on 
the road. I beleive there was a write up on the car in the BMW International 
publication (haven't seen the writeup but have been told about it). The last 
time I heard about the car it was out of province but still going strong
