New "digestifier"

          I am puzzled by what is going on with the digest.
          
          I got digest #1013 (Monday 3PM) as the last one of the old 
          series.  After that I have only gotten #1 and #3 of the new 
          series.  Since it is three times a day, I presume I should be in 
          something like #6 by now.
          
          Also I understood from you message that the new digester would 
          allow to retrieve the archived digests even more easily than 
          before.  My question is: from where ? how?  
          
          The ending message of the digest says now that the help command 
          will give instructions about it.  I sent "help" to majordomo, but 
          only got the list of standard commands, nothing about where the 
          archived digest is.
          
          BTW, thanks for doing all this work to keep up and improve the 
          list, it's a great initiative.
