[bmw] RE: E-36 (failed accessory charger)

My phone had the same problem but it was the charger that was the
problem.  The light on the charger works and the other end plugs into
the phone just fine but the phone won't charge in the car, however, it
does charge when plugged into the outlet at home.  Moral- as always try
the easiest thing first, a new charger.
