[bmw] Colder spark plug

Hi.
I need your help on this one. My engine(M42)  uses NGK BKR6EK plugs. I
installed a turbo on it last summer. I would like to go to a colder plug.
So, the next colder plug is a BKR7EK.  When I search the net for the 7EK,
the only places selling that plug are motorcycles and snowmobile stores.
Is is the same plug as in my car, except for the heat range?  Also, some
list the extension U (BKR7EKU).
According to NGK, the U means: " Semi-surface discharge" What does that
mean? I don't know.

PS: I also looked for Bosch, F7LDCR is the standard, F6LDCR is the colder
one, but no succes here also.
