[bmw] e39 528 buyers guide?

Hi all,

I'm a lurker here for the most part, but am fairly active on other internet
bmw venues.  My fiance's father is looking at a '97 528i 5 speed with 195,000
miles on the clock.  I know plenty about the e36's problems and have tackled
many of them on my vehicle.

I'm looking for some info on things to look for or problem area on the e39.
Anybody have an references or thoughts?
