[bmw] E36 - Replacing window trim

I need to replace the piece of trim that's above the windows on 
the driver's side of the car (BMW calls it the roof drip rail 
moulding).  The Bentley manual doesn't cover how to remove / 
replace this piece of trim.  Has anyone on the list replaced this 
before?
