[bmw] Buying a 1995 525iT --- Need Advice SOON!

I would like everyones opinion on a spur of the moment
purchase I am contemplating doing in the coming days. I am
looking at a good condition 1995 525iT wagon with 112k.
Asking around $7900 Cash. Its Black on Black, has a dinan
chip, front sway bar. Anything I should watch out for?
Things are going to crap out soon? This will be the first
bimmer that I have bought at this price. My other bimmer as
everyone knows is the 1983 528e. I bought it in 1996 for
$2500 with 110K miles on it. She now has close to 300K and
is again running after I every helped me out with getting
running again this summer. 

Will this wagon depreciate like a cadillac? I noticed the
mercedes wagons retain their value far better, but I guess
that's why they call the Bimmers the German Chevy's. lol.
Feedback Soon. I've got a picture if anyone is interested
in looking at it.
