[bmw] brake won't bleed even with screw out...any ideas

I am resurrecting a 87 325i and have come across an odd problem.

Three other calipers all bleed fine (using a mity vac or by foot power) the right rear is not moving any fluid.

Not sure it is even operating the pistons.

Take the bleed screw out and stand on the pedal and nothing flows.

Anyone ever seen anything like it?

Maybe a brake line swollen shut?

I am going to order calipers and lines to RR but wondered if the list has seen such a thing occur.
