administrivia: digest.net futures

i'm going to wait 24 hours, and then start a discussion of some possible
futures for digest.net over on the offtopic list,

if you're not a member of offtopic, and wish to participate in the

containing one of the two following command (one is for individual message
mailings, one is for digest mailings):

i want to have the discussion there for a couple of reasons:

1) i see no reason to burden the car oriented lists with meta discussions
about how they will be supported in the future

2) better to have one discussion on one list, than 5-6 parallel discussions
on all the car oriented lists.
