E36: Horn no longer works

Hi folks,

The horn on my 97 328i has failed working, and the most important part on a car for someone living in Toronto! ;) I checked the fuse and sure enough it was bad. I replaced it.. tried the horn and the fuse blew again right away. I think I have an electrical short? Any ideas how to troubleshoot this problem? TiA!!
