Regarding the Italian steering style on the bottom half of the wheel, there
is a photo in a Pete Coltrin book of Fangio driving what looks like a big
Fiat sedan, with one hand on the wheel at about 7 o'clock.  Did he always
steer on the bottom half of the wheel?
