RE: [alfa] No Brake Lights On '91 164S
Measuring the voltage without a load will not lead to a solution if there
is resistance in the circuit somewhere! Connect a bralke light bulb across
your voltage tester leads while making the measurement and do not be
surprised if the voltage is way down under that condition.
