[alfa] Alfetta exhaust seeping

Hi cats,

I know tons of you were wanting to answer my question about
the water seeping out of my exhaust manifold, but wanted more
info on it ;)

Well, I just happen to have observed more symptoms I don't
particularly like. I may have a head gasket problem. 

The coolant in my overflow bottle pulses when the engine is
warming up, and bubbles later. Air is also pulsing out of the oil
cap when the engine is running. 

Is this a confirmed head gasket failure? Is there a particular
location on the gasket that will leak air into both the oil and
water areas? 

Alfetta 2L engine.
