[alfa] Starter running on...
This is a common and well-known problem with the early SPICA cars.
There gets to be some sort of feedback from the cold-start solenoid on the
injection pump. The cure is to put the cold start solenoid on a separate
relay instead of the pigtail off the starter solenoid connection. In fact
it's a very good idea to put the starter solenoid on a relay as well (like
the '74+ cars) to decrease the current through the key switch.
