Door handle R&R is easy - did it a few months ago when mine broke off in my
hand :-(  Advice here applied to my '89, but I think they're the same.

Remove inside door trim, peel back membrane, unhook plastic thingy on door
handle.  Undo two 10mm nuts.  Remove door handle.  Reinstall in reverse
order.  Half hour max!

If you need to buy used, the front and back door handles are
interchangeable, RHS and LHS are not.  I bought a used door handle from a
wrecker, and my friendly panel beater painted it for a case of Hahn Premium
(outstandingly good Aussie beer).
