To fill in some of the EFI (electronic fuel injection) acronyms I'm prone to
use:

CLT (coolant temp)
IAT (intake air temp)
A/N (alpha/N, a method of metering fuel based on engine speed and throttle
position)
TPS (throttle position sensor)
S/D (speed/density, a method of metering fuel based on manifold pressure and
engine speed)
M/A (mass/air, a method of metering fuel based on air intake volume and
engine speed)
AFM (air flow meter)
MAP (manifold air pressure, or manifold absolute pressure sensor)
MAF (manifold air flow)
