Bob,

The best I can tell from your description and looking at the factory manual
for my '86 Spider is it may by the conditioning system control unit.  It
appears to be located inside the car up against the firewall.  However, my
manual shows 8-pins not 10.  Which means we maybe talking about two
different items.  Perhaps another member with more experience will correct
or concur with what I've mentioned.
