[alfa] Vacuum Advance

Not to beat this to death, but the V6 cars with the Bosch "EZ-L" Ignition
will have distributors that use vacuum advance for abrupt throttle
changes, and electronic advance based on RPM.   Thus, these distributors
will have vacuum advance capsules only, no centrifugal weights.  My '86
GTV6 has this system, though the earlier cars did use vacuum/centrifugal
distributors.
