There are no upsides, unless you've GREATLY modified your engine, or the
system's ECU.  The ECU and airflow meter that each system comes with are
designed to work with the system's specified injectors, and no others. 
(Gasoline mass delivery is determined by ECU-computed timing, and the
computation is done assuming the flow rate of the original injectors.) 
Putting larger injectors on will cause your car to run rich (perhaps VERY
rich) whenever the system goes into open-loop mode--when cold, during large
power transients, and under wide open throttle.

The only thing keeping your engine running properly will be the O2 sensor,
whereas, in original form, the FI system can keep the engine running very
nicely with the O2 sensor out of commission.
