[alfa] Alfetta bumper removal

Jim, have you removed  the brackets that hold the ends of the bumper to 
the quarter panels ?

The parts book indicates that they are pop-riveted in place.   Removal 
- or at least the separation of these brackets from the body panels - 
shouldn't be all that difficult.
