[alfa] bypass restrictor installation, 4C2000

Chris Keen asks regarding location, and no offense, which way is up
regarding the installation of his brass bypass restrictor. His version
is as follows: "...on the end of the bypass hose nearest the water pump,
and with the small opening facing the water pump...."

********

All I can go by is all the one's that have come into my shop have had
the restrictor very near the thermostat and the spring section is facing
the waterpump.

Failed to send this Saturday and read Dean Cains comments and printed
out the article he refers to.

Not earth shaking, but the last line of the article ( by Carter
Hendricks) states "...it goes in the bypass hose spring side down, so
the movable disc faces the thermostat housing."

Since, among other things, Alfa's coolant is fairly critical - on some
models more than others. There's been some good information on the
subject lately. Found the recent comment of installing the correct
temperature thermostat on Spicas as it is critical for their warm-up
process and consequently how they operate overall.
