[alfa] FOR SALE: cheap Alfa GTV '68 Euro "Stepnose" project $2900

FOR SALE: '68 Euro GTV-$2900.  It is a restoration project that was on the
road two years ago.  The previous owner disassembled it for restoration.
The body was stripped and media blasted, then primed.  Minor rust (in the
typical areas) has been cut out and awaits new metal.  Body has minor dings,
but no major damage.  Engine is a 1750 with dual Webers.  Engine was in good
running condition when the car was last run, and the head and transmission
have been rebuilt.  The interior has been reupholstered, and looks
nice-needs new headliner. Correct deep-back Veloce seats.  The dash has nice
factory woodgrain and still has the original radio and KLM speedo.  Good
glass and bumpers.  Great project for the right person.  Would make an
awesome GTA clone.  No whiners, tirekickers, or "used to have one just like
its" please!  May trade for something of interest.  Early GTVs are getting
tough to find in this price range!

I also am selling an Alfa Romeo Giulietta bumper car from a German carnival
(shown last weekend at the "Best of France and Italy" show in LA.  This is a
must-have item for any serious Alfisti!
