[alfa] Proper engine break-in

And a buddy of mine recently got a BMW Z3 coupe (with the special M3 
motor?) that had a long break in as well...  
Perhaps the performance vehicles need special treatment for their state 
of tune, and how they might be used,  as ppposed to a low tune 
transportation car, with an automatic that won't see drastic extremes..

Or,  maybe it's because that thing is a 3L straight six with a 7000 rpm 
redline..
