Given that this kind of violates the Carfax business model (and probably
the Carfax agreement you signed), I personally don't feel that this kind
of thing is appropriate on the digest (or elsewhere, for that matter).

You are proposing that a number of individuals send you money so that
you can channel multiple individuals requests through one Carfax
account, right?  And, potentially, you might also get enough responses @
$3 per month to make a profit?
