[alfa] Planning a fraud
Biba --
Putting aside the questionable legality and/or morality of your plan, and
putting aside the unmitigated stupidity of announcing it on the Internet, let
me just ask this:
Why not tell E-bayers that it's a round tail spider with a 2000 engine?
Leave the air cleaner alone so there's no deception, and anyone willing to buy
a car sight unseen will think he's getting an upgrade.
Please note this is not legal advice: Your status a professional dealer of
goods and services of this type may impose additional obligations on you to
disclose known defects or material modifications, and the law of your
jurisdiction (whatever that is) should be consulted.
But here's some legal advice: Next time you dream up some probably unlawful
scheme, don't be advertising it a medium that can be forwarded to your
immediate 3.5 billion closest friends.
As for me, I disclaim and foreswear any involvement in this attempted
conspiracy.
