I guess it all depends upon what you mean by the Bi-Turbo Tranny 
fitting. If by 'fits' you mean will it bolt-up to the Alfa V-6, the 
answer is NO. if you mean can adapter plates and other bits be 
fabricated to mate the two? The answer is that if one has enough money, 
time and patience, anything is possible. Let's consider the question 
for a moment. The V-6 from a GTV-6 or a Milano (75) which are the two 
most likely doner  cars for such an engine, has no flywheel in the 
normal sense, but rather just a starter ring because the flywheel is 
part of the clutch assembly and is located in the BACK of the car 
behind the driver. The V-6 also lacks a pilot shaft hole in it for a 
transmission shaft, but rather has only a flange which is designed to 
take half the bolts in a rubber coupling doughnut (or giubo). The V-6 
also doesn't have a normal bell-housing on the engine but, has instead, 
a bell-shapped housing carrying a deeply gussetted strut  which 
terminates in a horizontal rear rubber motor mount which hangs from a 
point about where the transmission would be on a normal front tranny'd 
car. What you would have to do is discard the rear motor mount strut, 
and discard the starter ring gear. Have someone make a flywheel with 
the requisite teeth and bolt it to the back of the Alfa motor 
crankshaft   with the proper Maserati-sized pilot shaft hole. Then an 
adapter plate would need to be fabricated to allow one to bolt the 
Maserati's bell housing to the back of the Alfa motor using the bolts 
that held the rear motor mount in place. Then, of course, you would be 
able to drill and tap the new flywheel to take the clutch assembly. At 
this point, it should become apparent to you that you don't actually 
need a Maserati tranny, as any suitable 5 -speed including one from a 
105 Alfa would probably work because the steps involved to fit one 
would be the same.

Now, if you were REALLY lucky, you might find a Alfa 2.5 liter V-6 
*AND* transmission out of an Alfa-6 sedan which was NOT based on the 
Alfetta (front engine, rear transaxel). But good luck there because 
they are VERY rare and most have already been cannibalized for this 
very purpose.
