Re: oil pressure, uneven running..
I do not know what model is being discussed because I have not been paying
attention to this thread until now,
I had a 1991 164L that was indicating low oil pressure by both the gage
and the light. When the car was hot the gage would read near zero, and the
light would flicker. I was very concerned and eventually dropped it off at
my mechanic. The cause was a bad sender for the gage and a bad sender for
the light.
On a side note: I had posted my problem to the digest and Fred had told
me my car was fine and to drive it like it was intended to be driven, Fred
was right.
