Hi Tony:

There are a two bolts at the bottom edge of the inside of the door, in 
slots that allow the window frame to be pivoted in/out.  One is towards the 
rear, and the other is at the bottom of the frame that holds the vent 
window.  While you're in there, you'll also be able to adjust how far the 
window rolls up, so you can get the window's top edge even with the top of 
the vent window frame.  Slightly loosen the clamps holding the window to 
the cables, and the window will slide on the cables for the 
adjustment.  All the adjustments can be made with a 10mm box wrench.  Try 
to get the best match to both the top material and windshield pillar, for 
if you pivot the frame too far out, you'll have lots of water leaks.  Also 
try to get the front and rear tracks as parallel as possible, to minimize 
the friction of the window in the tracks as it rolls down, but the vent 
frame is the one that really determines the angle of the rolled-up window.
