mine's been flashing for a year ... apparently it's set to light after a
certain mileage/time.

the workshop manual sez only Alfa TESTER can
be used for diagnosis.. sure...

I doubt there's anything worse to diagnose than the light flashing but
it needs a reset code from the Alfa tester
