More Alfa thermostats
Cats,
I've found some part numbers on DiFatta Brother's page as:
60522856 Alfa Spider 1982 on Thermostat (Bosch)
60721340 Alfa Spider Thermostat (Spica)
Does anyone know if they are temperature differences only
or physical dimension differences? I have a spare 60522856
that I'm hoping will block off my bypass circuit. The dimensions
seem to match mentioned in the below post almost, but I'm
not sure what Jim meant by 'dual-acting thermostat'. Jim, is
this related to blocking the bypass circuit, or was your post
unrelated to this?
>Part numbers for the dual-acting thermostat are:
>Master Parts P/N is 31278 - 180 degree,
>Master Parts P/N 31279 - 195 degree
>Gates P/N 33208 - 180 degree
>It also fits a '74-'79 Ford Mustang, 2.8 V-6. For reference, the
secondary
>disk is 1.23 inches from the 2.25 diameter mounting surface.
>Jim Steck
Thanks,
Stefano
