My engine almost feels starved at low throttle revs once warmed up.  Sings at higher revs and OK when cold.  I tried disconnecting cold start connector to no avail.  Appreciate the help if possible. Also, I think my fans are not kicking on at hotter temps (fan switch bad?)  Bob in Albany NY area - 84 GTV6
