I posted a link on the digest today. I guess it didn't take for some folks. 
And yes, it was for the headlights. I never saw it before, so it was new to me.

Click on RECALLS  Search on the left side of page.
On the right side of the yellow area, fill in the appropriate info. Works for 
almost every car or truck.
