Re: v6 tensioner

What is the Alfa process on this?  I have the cardisc CD, and I think the 
TSB actually has a process that supercedes the process in the actual manual 
itself.  I have a 1995 164Q and would really like to be able to do this work 
myself.  I have been warned not to though!
