Updated Ingram Spica book

> AROC-US at one time had a collection of spica articles available, and Wes
> Ingram has a spica book that is well regarded (i've not bought one yet,
but
> probably will soon enough):

There is some good information in the AROC compilation, but there's a lot of
erroneous material from the years when people were arguing---WERE they
arguing!---about the merits of Spica and how to maintain and tune it. You
have to know what you're doing to know the difference.

I believe the AROC collection is still available, check the ad in the
Alfa Owner.

And once again, I suggest you consult Bob Parry's excellent Spica tune-up
instructions at: http://www.alfaclub.org/techstff/tunespca.htm

I have Wes's book, it's definately worth getting. A while back I heard
that there might be an updated or revised version coming out sometime
soon.. anyone know about this?

Wes' book is absolutely worth having, and is being revised for improved
readability, by me. I'm doing my best to have it done in time for him to
take the new edition to the AROC convention. What a thrash.

Joe, the English major. Or maybe lieutenant, or private.
