Yes, there is a relay for the time delay on the wipers. It is a small black
box with a six (or 8?) pin connector (I think) that is up under the dash on
the left side. Kind of to the left and above the fuse box.

I had this problem on a '91 and thought it was the relay ... wasn't. I'm
pretty sure the problem is in the motor, but the customer opted to live with
it.

Can anyone offer some thoughts on why the wiper delay would not be
working on an 87 Graduate?  The other positions work fine, just the
delay function is out.  Is there a control unit/relay I could have a
look at?
