Caribou out of business?

I have been waiting for a convertible top from caribou that was promised for
March 11th 2002 (<- yes, that is the correct date), have been given the run
around repeatedly since then, and finally yesterday, the usual busy signal
turned to a recording saying that the number is no longer in service.  I
hope nobody else was taken for the ~US$250 that I was.  It appears as though
they are out of business.
