164 problem

First problem is I can't get the 164 car disc to play on my xp computer to
solve the second problem; which is: how to get a rear brake caliper to
retract. I replaced rotors and pads on both front wheels without a hitch but
the rears are sonething else. Had a hard time getting the caliper off, then I
stepped on the brake pedal to see if the caliper piston was working. It
extended about 1 inch but I cannot get it to retract now. Can anyone help?
