Seat belts

I just acquired my fourth Alfa in 12 months!  I really am infected.

The GTV needs seat belts.  The PO removed the portion that attaches to the
transmission tunnel.  Do any of our usual suppliers sell them?  I checked
the IAP catalog, but no.

Also, it does not appear that the rear seats ever even had belts.  Is this
possible?

Regardless, I would like to install seat belts in all four positions.
California law requires seat belt use, and it actually feels uncomfortable
to me to be driving without them (which is funny since I have many memories
of growing up with more kids in the car than the car had seats!).
