pump belts

Hi,
Are the belts for the SPICA pump and/or the smog pump a common part available
from any power transmission distributor?  I seem to recall seeing a note
written in one of the fuel injection manuals I have that the SIPCO pump belt
was a XXXXXXX from Gates or Goodyear, Pirelli maybe and had a Grainger or
McMaster Carr part number.  I've not been able to find that reference so maybe
it was in someone else's manual that I saw that note, or else just a dream.
