Brakes Binding after New Cylinder

One more question for the list on this project.  I just replaced the clutch pivot and the brake master cylinder on my '74 GTV.  After bleeding the brakes, everything seemed to be perfect.  The brake pedal was high and firm.  But after a short drive, all 4 brakes began to bind.  It would seem that something is preventing the return of fluid to the master cylinder?  Any ideas?  Would this occur if the master cylinder piston were not returning far enough?  Is there an adjustment?   Any help would be appreciated! Erik Wood
