Phone dial wheel offset

Can someone please tell me the offset on the spider phone dial wheels.
I'm looking at a set of wheels that have a 38 mm offset and wondering if
that would present a rubbing problem. Its nasty, cold and
raining/snowing here and it would really suck to jack the car up and
take a wheel off in my driveway. (that doesn't mean that I'm NOT a lazy
SOB)
 
By the way www.discounttiredirect.com allows you to search for wheels by
size AND bolt pattern. They list quite e few 15" wheels with a 4 X 108
bolt pattern.
